Welcome to the Patient Services Coordinator Course. This course will help you to improve your skills in the clinic where you work. This course will cover three areas:
- Effective Communication
- Patient/Customer Service
- Professional Practice
Each of these areas is covered in a lesson in this course. Each lesson will take about one hour to complete and may be reviewed multiple times. The lessons include content to assimilate and each have a quiz at the end. Although each lesson is independent and can be taken in any order it is recommended to take Effective Communication prior to the other lessons.
